“ We love it here. We are a large family and are always welcome and accommodated here. We have had a party for 25 people to celebrate my mothers 85th birthday and we even brought a mariachi band to play for her. The service is great and the atmosphere is family and friendly. The food is delicious and reasonably priced. This is our go to spot. ”
“ I absolutely love this place. The food is on point and inside the restaurant is beautiful especially during the holidays ”
“ Probably the best tableservice Mexican restaurant in East County. I was there on a notsobusy Monday for lunch. Lack of many customers was probably due to the parking lot being resurfaced and the two main entrances were blocked off. Fresh hot tasty home made chips and salsa were brought as soon as I sat. Iced tea tasted like freshbrewed, not mix from a can. I ordered a chile relleno and beef enchilada combo. The relleno was really good, with a mole style sauce, just at the spicy tolerance level for this gringo. Enchilada was made with shredded, not ground, beef. Spanish rice included bits of carrot and a few peas, and was quite good. Refried beans have a smokey heaviness that was unexpectedly good. Waiter saw my tea was getting low and asked me if I wanted a refill. Real Mexican music was pleasant and the right volume. Very busy colorful decor with some original mural artwork. Will definitely return for another meal. ”
“ This is our go to restaurant! The food is amazing and the service and atmosphere is great! You feel like you stepped out of san diego and right into mexico at a nice restaurant... never disappointed ”

“ I really love this cozy place. The food is great. Margaritas are amazing ”
“ my threeweek stay at my friends place in Jamul, I stumbled upon this hidden gem that even she, a resident for two years, hadnt heard of. Intrigued by the positive reviews, we decided to give it a try. On our visit on January 4th, we were greeted by the lingering Christmas decorations, and I must say, it was a delightful surprise. The festive decor was so wellexecuted that you could tell professional decorators had crafted the enchanting ambiance. We were seated on the second floor in a comfortable booth, enhancing our overall dining experience. We started with 2 hazy IPAs, a Sample Platter for an appetizer, and two entrees the Chimichanga and Fajitas with beef. Every dish was a flavor explosion! From the appetizer to the main courses, we couldnt help but savor every bite. The service was equally commendable, adding to the overall positive impression. This place unquestionably deserves a solid 5 stars! I will definitely return when Im in the area, and Im confident my friend will become a regular customer too. In fact, youve gained five new constant customers a family of five. Thank you for providing such a fantastic dining experience! ”
“ Very friendly and inviting atmosphere. Loved the salsa chips to start, with many options priced well for the portion of food you get. Great Sunday brunch. If you enjoy authentic Mexican cuisine, make time to stop by this place. ”
